What is a Parantha?

It is one of the most popular unleavened flat breads in the northern part of India. It is made by pan frying whole wheat dough, stuffed with various combinations of vegetables (the most popular being the Potato (Aloo/Batata) and the Paneer(Cottage Cheese) followed by BhunaPyaaz and Gobi Parantha,on a tava and served with Butter, Curd and Pickles. A wholesome anytime meal.
